Yes, isn’t it! I only wish I could understand the text. Google translator only made me more confused.
Luckily Kaisia from Relocation to Krakow translated it for me. It means: “Effective within the area of the globe between 00-24h.” So everywhere, all times – help your friend if he falls. Lovely sign.
